This position is responsible for presenting the community to prospective residents leasing apartments providing customer service and responsible for the marketing of the community. Responsibilities ---------------- Answers telephone and email leads by responding to leasing inquiries Follow up with prospective residents Screen review & qualify prospective residents and complete required paperwork Comply with all state, local, federal, fair housing, and ADA laws Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data Prepare all lease related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner for manager approval Handles marketing functions Requirements ------------ Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing and/or sales in property management Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Yardi management software preferred Professional attitude with excellent verbal skills and telephone etiquette Organized and energetic * Must work weekends and be flexible with schedule Compensation ------------ $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Camber Corporation is a nationwide full-service real estate asset management company that offers a wide range of real estate consulting and management.
