We are seeking a leasing consultant with lease-up experience to connect with prospective residents, highlight community features, and secure lease agreements.
Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, plus bonuses, and includes benefits such as paid time off, holidays, health insurance, 401k with match, and company-paid life and disability insurance.
Responsibilities include generating interest, effective communication, resolving resident issues, building relationships, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating resident activities.
Qualifications: High school diploma or higher, valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to multitask and work flexible hours including weekends, and legal work authorization.
