Leasing Consultant

RichSmith Management is seeking an energetic and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at our busy multi-family community in Lebanon, TN. As a Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the on-site Community Director to manage the property and provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities:

As a Leasing Consultant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Community Director in all aspects of property management.
• Serving as the first point of contact for visitors to the Leasing Office.
• Meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests.
• Offering ideas and suggestions for marketing and leasing plans.
• Implementing marketing and leasing plans in accordance with guidelines and policies.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to handle basic office tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility and good physical condition.
• Ability to walk property, including stairs.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
• Effective communication skills with residents, staff, and vendors.
