Responsibilities include conducting property tours, providing leasing information, marketing outreach, maintaining resident files, and coordinating maintenance requests.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, customer service or sales experience preferred, excellent communication and organizational skills, familiarity with leasing laws, and reliable transportation.
