Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests
- Conduct tours of the community
- Market to potential customers in person, over the telephone, and via email
- Develop and maintain customer service relationships
- Close sales and secure leases
- Assist with daily office operations and property file maintenance
- Plan and organize resident functions
- Prepare marketing materials
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
