Key Responsibilities: As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our community members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and all guests of the community.
  • Serving as the first impression for visitors to our Leasing Office.
  • Facilitating the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy and high renewal rates.
  • Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showings.
  • Ensuring accurate completion of paperwork for current and prospective tenants.

Qualifications: We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Leasing experience is a plus!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding focus on customer service.
  • Ability to handle basic office tasks (typing, filing, scanning, faxing, answering telephones, etc.).
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile, including working some overtime if required.
  • Proficiency in standard office administration, equipment use, and MS Office software is beneficial.

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, including:

  • Walking the property, including multiple flights of stairs.
  • Completing physical inspections.
  • Delivering resident communications.
  • Showing apartments.
