Position Summary:

The Leasing Consultant (Centralized Leasing Center) is part of a large, results-driven sales team and operates effectively in a dynamic, high-volume contact center environment. This critical role consistently leases apartments using an other-centered consultative sales approach with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for exceeding sales performance targets and lease conversion rates to support optimal building occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes an other-centered, consultative sales approach to evaluate prospective residents needs and communicate relevant community benefits and value.
  • Achieves Key Performance Indicator targets and maintains a viable prospect pipeline to drive optimal lease conversion rates and supports division occupancy goals.
  • Engages in high-volume, multi-channel customer interactions (phone, email, and online chat) for inbound and outbound communication.
  • Responds to all prospective resident inquiries by scheduling tours, creating tour maps, providing self-guided tour navigation support, and assisting with digital applications.
  • Promotes positive, proactive prospect interactions to deliver a signature customer experience and support strong survey results.
  • Records all prospect activity, documentation, and customer information, accurately utilizing software including Salesforce, Onesite, and other resource databases.
  • Collaborates with site-level and cross functional team members to provide a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and move-in process.
  • Participates in regular sales coaching, training, courses and community visits to continuously expand portfolio knowledge.

Preferred Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years

Additional Requirements:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Occasional travel required
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as the business requires.

Base Pay Start Rate: $22.31
