Our client a real estate investment company is seeking a Leasing Consultant on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:
  • Conduct apartment tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a strong customer-service focus
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into signed leases
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents to support occupancy and retention
  • Assist with lease applications, renewals, and move-in coordination
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and update CRM/leasing systems
  • Collaborate with property management team on daily operations and leasing strategy

About You:
  • Previous relevant experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Ability to confidently close leases and proactively follow up with leads
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Customer-service oriented with strong relationship-building skills

About The Position:
  • Start Date: ASAP!
  • $20-$22/hr
  • Perm Salary Range: ~$50K base + $75-$100 commission per signed lease
  • Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00am-6:00pm (one weekday off)
  • Fully onsite
