We are looking for an experienced, dynamic experienced Leasing Agent, preferably with LIHTC/Section 42 and OneSite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus! This position is for our 55+ properties, which are premiere apartment communities in Las Vegas, with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have 3 years Leasing Agent experience
  • LIHTC / Section 42 experience preferred
  • Show and lease apartments
  • Achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism
  • Proper execution of policies and procedures
  • Administrative duties
  • Strong communication/computer skills

  • Ability to multi task

Schedule:
  • 8-hour shift
  • Weekends required, both Saturday and Sunday
  • Overtime
Salary:

$17.00/hour
