Nova Property Management Company, looking for great service and exceptional standard of living from one of the fastest growing multi-family owner-operators in Texas.

Need to start ASAP- must live or be able to commute to work as needed and to assist at sister properties when required.

Responsibilities of Leasing agents:

  • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
  • Housing and HUD experience a plus.
  • Minimum 6 month to 1-year experience required.
  • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
  • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
  • Confirm rental application data and personal references
  • Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
  • Tax Credit Experience (preferred)
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
  • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically

Skills for Leasing Agents :

  • Proven working experience as a leasing agent
  • Working knowledge of multi-family law and leasing practices.
  • Knowledge of Bluemoon, Onsite, Knock
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Up to date with property market status
  • MS Office familiarity
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
  • Customer service orientation
