Primary Responsibility:
Presenting property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective Tenants.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Process client applications through the COC which includes tour of property. Ensure all documents are signed at move-in.

Knowledgeable of tax credit affordable housing

Run background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their criminal records to determine if they are eligible to move-in.

Elaborate the terms of lease, rental rate and period of payment to tenants and provide resident with appropriate copies

Ensure the proper documentation and storage of resident closed files. Document move-out in AppFolio.

Filing: Invoices, Resident document, Incident files & Monthly Reports

Coverage of Front Desk in absence of Clerk
Education/Experience/Qualifications:

High School Education
![*]()
Positive attitude and people oriented
![*]()
Must have ability to work with and understand person of all ethnic and educational backgrounds
![*]()
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
![*]()
Must be well groomed, business casual attire and pleasant to work with

Have the ability to assist on-site Property Manager in all duties
Experience/Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)

3+ years’ experience in leasing, hospitality or administrative work
![*]()
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
![*]()
Ability to multitask during busy periods
![*]()
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
