About the Role

Datamax is hiring a Leasing Agent / Lease Administrator to support our growing financing team in St. Louis. In this role, you'll manage equipment lease agreements from start to finish-handling contracts, credit applications, billing, and customer communication.

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • Standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Occasional additional hours as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Process lease agreements from origination through completion
  • Review contracts, credit applications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Perform lease calculations (buyouts, upgrades, refinances, early terminations)
  • Prepare lease addendums and update contract terms
  • Maintain accurate records across systems (Leasepath, E-Automate)
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and customers to ensure smooth transactions
  • Support billing, invoicing, reporting, and customer communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in:

  • Leasing

  • Loan processing

  • Finance or credit operations

  • Mortgage processing

  • Contract administration

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
