Our client is seeking a Lease Administrator to join their Mount Laurel Team!
Direct Hire - $60K
Health Benefits, 401K and PTO offered
This position is an in-office position: Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5pm.
(4pm on summer Fridays)

 
The Lease Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining lease agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely execution. This role plays a key part in supporting our real estate operations by overseeing lease documentation, tracking critical dates and coordinating with our internal teams and external partners and tenants.

Duties and Responsibilities
Lease Processing
  • Review and prepare lease agreements, using our proprietary templates. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PDF and Docusign required
  • Lease processing and initial Tenant communication post lease signing
    • Process and tracking signed leases; communicate and track new tenant information, such as signage requests and certificates of insurance
  • Manage lease data and track key lease dates, including renewals, expirations and rent adjustments and renewals.
Lease Marketing
  • Receiving and vetting lease calls
  • Preparing and circulating Availability Reports
  • Updating Brochures in Canva
  • Weekly updating Costar / Crexi / Loopnet / Emails
New Tenant Services
  • Schedule construction cleans
  • Coordinate, file, reminders on certificate of insurance
  • Arrange for keys and new other new tenant welcome opportunities
Additional Administrative Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct any visitors
  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Data entry for energy benchmarking
  • Prepare, collate, envelope and stamp any outgoing mail
  • Circulate quarterly communications to investors and bankers of each property
  • Uploading tax returns and quarterly financials and rent rolls
  • File annual property filings with State of NJ
  • Code and file invoices
