What You'll Do
As the Leasing Administrative Assistant, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our luxury community while supporting daily leasing and management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and residents, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist leasing consultants and the property manager with prospect and resident inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and RealPage property management software to support daily operations.
- Conduct vacant apartment inspections and assist with property tours as needed.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain community security procedures.
- Schedule and manage appointment calendars.
- Maintain key logs, incident reports, and other administrative records.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Manage package logging and resident pickup procedures.
- Process payments for rent, deposits, and other resident-related transactions.
- Participate in team meetings and community events.
- Provide general administrative support as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative assistant, receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Driver's License required.
