Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate on Co-plan to Co-serve to Co-Learn (C3) Teams in support of all learners.
  • Co-create standards-based lessons and assessments.
  • Based on co-planned lessons, co-serve all learners in content area/expertise.
  • Monitor students' academic and behavioral progress (through data collection and analysis) to guide instructional decisions (both qualitative and quantitative).
  • Develop student IEP's, communicate with staff regarding specific student IEP needs, monitor and address IEP goals.
  • Create a classroom climate where all students support each other academically, socially, and behaviorally.
  • Provide consistent and supportive open reciprocal communication with families.
