Program Manager, Commercial Learning + Development, Leadership DevelopmentThe Program Manager, Commercial Learning + Development, Leadership Development will support the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs for US Commercial teams. This role will partner with internal stakeholders, training teams, and external vendors to deliver high quality virtual and in-person learning experiences that build leadership capabilities, strengthen peer leadership, and support learner engagement.Responsibilities:Coordinate and support leadership development programs for US Commercial employees, including virtual and in-person learning experiences, sustainment activities, cohort communications, and learner engagement touchpoints.Assist with the development and execution of training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Legal, to ensure training materials and workshops are current, effective, and compliant with regulatory guidelines.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, action items, status updates, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional partners.Coordinate logistics for training sessions, stakeholder meetings, follow-up communications, and summary reports.Track attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program data to assess program impact and identify opportunities for improvement.Partner with internal training teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.Facilitate training calls, planning meetings, and/or workshops as needed.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
