Join Ascom as a Learning & Development Manager – US and lead the rollout of our Academy strategy across North America. You’ll translate global learning frameworks into impactful regional programs that strengthen capability, support commercial success, and deliver high-quality learning experiences for employees, partners, and customers.

You will shape how learning drives performance across the US region. By aligning development initiatives to business priorities, you’ll help build critical capabilities, elevate training quality, and foster a strong culture of continuous learning.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver the Ascom Academy strategy across the US region

  • Identify and prioritize training needs with business leaders and SMEs

  • Design and deliver engaging learning solutions using instructional design best practices, localize global academy courses and adapt educational assets for onsite, remote and virtual delivery.

  • Lead the identification of regional training needs, ensuring all learning initiatives directly support organizational and commercial goals.

  • Localize global content for onsite, virtual, and remote

  • Build and manage regional learning programs, catalogs, and training records to modernize technical training across the Ascom platform.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions to deliver commercial learning programs

  • Support and coach trainers and facilitators to deliver high-quality learning experiences

  • Promote a culture of learning and act as a regional Academy ambassador to champion a culture of learning, growth and continuous development across the region.

  • Partner with Partner Marketing to embed Academy offerings into partner onboarding, enablement, and performance programs.

  • Provide structured insights to the Head of Academy on regional gaps, opportunities and capability requirements

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve regional learning catalogues and associated content, including participant management and training record accuracy

  • Ensure all regional learning initiatives align with the global Academy standards, governance, and reporting expectations.

  • Ensure highly engaging and effective training is designed from R&D provided content, applying instructional design best practices

  • Develop regional training plans aligned to Academy priorities, covering training architecture, content creation, eLearning conversion and delivery models.

  • Be an active member of the Ascom Trainer Community, driving cross-regional collaboration, knowledge exchange and communication of Academy updates and priorities.


What You Bring

  • 6–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Effectiveness

  • Strong instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation skills. Proficiency in the use of virtual platforms, engagement tools and digital collaboration (Miro, Mentimeter, Teams)

  • Experience building and scaling learning programs with measurable impact

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and virtual delivery

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
