Lone Peak Dental Group | Denver, CO
Hybrid Role | Denver Metro Area
Salary Range: $62,000–$72,000, plus PTO, benefits, and more
At Lone Peak Dental Group, we believe learning should be simple, meaningful, and connected to the real work our teams do every day. As a People Development team we support doctors, leaders, and team members with the tools, training, and confidence they need to grow in their roles and deliver excellent care to children and families.
We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator who is a self-starter, solution-oriented, highly organized, and excited to help build and support learning experiences across our organization. This role is a great fit for someone who can manage multiple moving pieces, bring structure to ideas, and turn needs into clear, practical resources while ensuring programs run smoothly behind the scenes.
This is not a traditional coordinator role. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys owning details, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking initiative to move work forward. You will play a key role in helping our People Development team operate efficiently while also contributing to the development of engaging and practical learning experiences.
What You'll Help Create & Manage
In this role, you will help build and support learning experiences that are clear, useful, and easy to put into practice. You will:
- Support multiple projects at once while keeping timelines, details, communication, and follow-through on track.
- Use Microsoft tools and collaborative platforms to manage projects, organize information, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Own and manage the shared learning inbox and learning calendar, ensuring communication is timely, clear, and organized.
- Support logistics for learning events, summits, orientations, onboarding sessions, regional trainings, and other key team experiences, including scheduling, materials, communication, and follow-up.
- Coordinate event details such as materials, schedules, sign-in forms, links, resources, follow-up communication, and LMS or SharePoint uploads.
- Support CE tracking, documentation, and reporting for learning programs.
- Build, update, and maintain LMS courses, learning paths, quizzes, evaluations, assignments, due dates, and reports.
- Support LMS administration, including course setup, audience assignments, completion tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and organize SharePoint, intranet resources, Lone Peak University materials, and Lone Peak Library content so leaders and team members can easily find what they need.
- Draft communications that help team members understand what is available, why it matters, and what actions to take next.
- Use AI tools and available technology to support content creation, organization, and efficiency in day-to-day work.
- Create slide decks, participant guides, checklists, job aids, facilitator guides, how-to documents, and other resources that help team members succeed.
- Help develop and update learning materials for in-person trainings, virtual workshops, recorded sessions, and online learning experiences.
- Support hybrid learning experiences that combine live sessions, in-practice coaching, and online resources.
- Partner with regional and practice leaders to support learning needs and help translate real-world challenges into practical learning solutions.
- Collect feedback, review learning data, summarize themes, and recommend improvements that make future training more effective.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You may be a great fit for this role if you enjoy turning ideas into action. You notice the details, but you also understand the bigger picture. You can take a complex process and make it easier for others to understand.
You are comfortable jumping in, asking good questions, finding solutions, and helping projects move forward. You are energized by collaboration, confident managing several priorities at once, and excited to help people grow.
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and details at the same time.
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and collaborative project tools.
- Experience using Canva or similar tools to create clear and engaging materials.
- Comfort using or learning AI tools to support productivity, organization, and content creation.
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders and following up to move work forward.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to identify needs, recommend solutions, and follow through.
- At least 2 years of experience in learning coordination, training support, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting logistics for events, trainings, meetings, summits, onboarding, or similar learning experiences.
- Experience managing or supporting a Learning Management System, including course creation, assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience using multimedia training platforms and learning tools is a plus.
- Experience with Articulate Suite, Synthesia, or similar tools is preferred but not required.
- An understanding of different learning and communication styles is helpful and can be developed in the role.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- The ability to travel periodically to support practices and regional learning needs.
- Residence in Colorado, with ability to work in a hybrid role in the Denver Metro Area.
