The Learning Consultant provides targeted academic support through consultation, intervention planning, and collaboration with classroom teachers. This role focuses on identifying student learning needs, recommending instructional strategies, and supporting differentiated instruction to promote student success in a Christ-centered environment.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field (required) Valid teaching certificate or educational licensure (required or ability to obtain) Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs preferred Strong knowledge of instructional strategies, interventions, and progress monitoring Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Catholic school settings and parish communities Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education Ability to work collaboratively while exercising professional judgment Desire for ongoing professional growth
This position reports to the School Principal and works closely with classroom teachers and support staff.
