The Learning and Development Specialist will develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs to support employee growth and organizational needs.
They will manage all aspects of L&D activities, including scheduling, creating materials, tracking attendance, and evaluating program effectiveness.
The role requires delivering remote and occasional in-person training to a global workforce, working independently and collaboratively, and supporting long-term L&D strategies.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of L&D experience, strong facilitation skills, proficiency with LMS platforms, and experience designing engaging learning materials.
They must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities, with excellent communication skills in English.
The position is remote, based in the Eastern Time Zone, with some travel and extended hours as needed.
