Role: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Process Engineer
Location: Hartford CT, Atlanta, or St. Paul (Any Location, 5 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
• Lead DMAIC/DMADV process improvement initiatives and kaizen events with cross-functional teams
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap assessments
• Develop data-driven business cases and improvement roadmaps for senior leadership
• Establish KPIs and control plans to sustain gains post-implementation
• Collaborate with Deloitte leadership and client stakeholders to deliver against engagement objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Active LSS Black Belt certification (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent) — mandatory
• 8+ years in process improvement or operational excellence roles
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
