    Your Impact

    • Architect and deploy lean quality systems that drive performance across the entire production lifecycle.
    • Define long-term quality improvement plans and execute near-term gains through kaizen and standard work.
    • Lead technical workstreams for proposals and projects:
      • Build/validate PFDs with plant pressure profiles and mechanical design pressure/temperature
      • Complete heat & material balances; develop P&IDs
      • Create process data sheets for major equipment
      • Review vendor quotations and prints; verify process data integrity
      • Confirm relief valve and header sizing
      • Specify process heat exchanger requirements with vendors
      • Conduct safety reviews
    • Drive rigorous root cause analysis and corrective actions; support CIR-related quality responses and reporting.
    • Maintain complete, audit-ready technical documentation.
    • Collaborate with the Manager and GM of Production Equipment to ensure every RFQ component is aligned before application activities begin.
    • Serve as the connector between engineering and the Applications Engineer; monitor in-house proposal progress.
    • Initiate preventive measures to eliminate quality non-conformances in products, processes, and systems.
    • Deliver CRM, Syteline, statistical, and custom reports with actionable insights.

    What You’ll Bring

    • BS in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
    • 3–5 years leading quality in lean manufacturing, with a track record in rapid CI.
    • Expertise in standard work and quality system documentation/management.
    • Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; strong Six Sigma practice required.
    • Demonstrated use of VSM, visual management, 5S, variation reduction kaizen, material pull, total production maintenance (TPM), and error proofing.
    • Advanced SPC knowledge and software proficiency.
    • Hands-on leader who partners with plant leaders and hourly teams at assigned sites.
    • Strategic perspective with the ability to connect improvements to business outcomes.
    • Proficiency across: Continuous Improvement, 5 Why, Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Kaizen, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Six Sigma Experience, Root Cause Analysis, and Process Development.
