Imagine the challenge

You’re on the floor, scanning for bottlenecks before they form. A machine hiccups—you pull in Maintenance. A spec drifts—you sync with Quality. You check the numbers, rally the team, and keep momentum moving without compromising safety or standards.

You will

  • Coordinate daily production activities to maintain an efficient, high-quality flow of work.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, reinforcing safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics; implement improvements to lift productivity and cut waste.
  • Own safety compliance, including regular audits and adherence to company policies.
  • Partner with Quality Control and Maintenance to resolve process and equipment issues fast.
  • Create clear production reports and share trends, challenges, and recommendations with leadership.
  • Train and support new employees on processes and safe operating procedures.

You bring

  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in manufacturing or a related area is a plus.
  • Hands-on supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing methods, quality systems, and safety requirements.
  • Confident communicator in writing and in person.
  • Proficiency with production management systems and Microsoft Office.
