Ideal candidates have an engineering or related degree or 3 years manufacturing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Travel is minimal (<5%). The role emphasizes continuous learning, problem-solving, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
