Lean Manager

Seeking a Lean Manager to collaborate with project leaders in developing and executing lean strategies, coaching teams on 5S, Flow Construction, and kaizen methods to improve safety, work efficiency, and project results.

• Build partnerships with project teams and craft workforce to promote lean practices
• Lead by example, coaching continuous improvement initiatives onsite
• Identify, plan, and execute opportunities for process enhancements
• Support improvement events and measure performance impacts
• Champion 5S and Flow Construction principles with stakeholders

  Qualifications include a degree or equivalent experience, at least 6 years in construction or manufacturing, with 4+ years in continuous improvement. Strong coaching, communication, relationship-building skills, and ability to travel up to 75% are required.
