This role is responsible to deploy Lean Manufacturing throughout the company both in the Plants as well as on the Administrative Side of the Business

Knowledge and Skills (Education):

• Comfortable working with both Salaried and Hourly Employees
• Logical thinker
• Can facilitate Meetings
• Has the drive and energy to take initiative without being told exactly what to do
• 5 Years of Work Experience Minimum
• Can use Excel and PowerPoint

Major Accountabilities:

• Supporting The Business Units & Functional Areas as they Implement the Lean Portions of the Business Plan
• Responsible for Cascading Lean Manufacturing Concepts Across the Company

Working Conditions:

• Comfortable working on the Manufacturing floor
• Job Requires 80%-90% Travel
