Job Description The Lean / FEM Coordinator drives continuous improvement, waste elimination, and operational excellence across fabrication facilities. This role serves as the Lean subject‑matter expert, training coordinator, and cultural ambassador for Lean, FEM, and VPDS methodologies. The coordinator leads cross‑functional teams through structured improvement events, provides coaching to plant leadership and frontline teams, ensures compliance with FEM standards, and supports a safe, efficient, highly engaged work environment.
