They will conduct engaging training sessions and assess training effectiveness through various evaluation methods. Collaborating with HR and department heads, they will help to identify leadership development gaps and provide targeted coaching and mentoring solutions to current and emerging leaders. The specialist will oversee logistical aspects of training, stay updated with industry trends, and partner with any external vendors for specialized programs. Additionally, they will support succession planning, promote a culture of continuous learning, and effectively communicate available development opportunities to employees.
