Program Path
This is a structured, hands-on development program that allows you to grow through increasing levels of responsibility.
Your progression includes:
- Phase 1: Team Member Foundations (approximately first two to three months)
- Phase 2: Certified Trainer
- Phase 3: Shift Leader
- Future Opportunities: Manager, Director, and Executive Leadership
Advancement is based on demonstrated performance, leadership growth, and readiness for increased responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Learn every aspect of restaurant operations.
- Lead and support team members during daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and quality.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Coach and encourage team members to achieve their best.
- Help create a positive, engaging, and high-performing culture.
- Partner with Directors and Executive Leaders to achieve operational goals.
- Model Chick-fil-A's values through servant leadership and professionalism.

Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about leading and serving others
- High school graduates (or GED equivalent) or higher
- Experienced in leadership or management for at least one year (restaurant experience preferred but not required)
- Dependable and reliable
- Positive, coachable, and growth-minded
- Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask while maintaining quality and composure
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout an entire shift
