The leadership board supports the launch and operation of the program by guiding the program director and managing the 5 L's: Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot, and Language.
Members should include 3-9 individuals from at least three different churches, representing diverse backgrounds, with specific members responsible for each of the 5 L's.
Responsibilities include demonstrating mature Christian faith, participating actively, completing training and background checks, supporting fundraising, attending meetings, and praying for the program.
Qualifications require a proven track record of commitment and competence, along with active participation in a local church.
