The leadership board supports the launch and operation of a live program by guiding the program director and managing the 5 L's: Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot, and Language.
Members should have a mature Christian faith, actively participate in a compatible local church, complete required training, undergo background checks, and commit to fundraising, meetings, and prayer for at least one year.
The board includes 3-9 members from diverse churches and backgrounds, each responsible for one or more of the 5 L's.
Qualifications include exemplifying commitment and competence, with active participation in a local church.
