The leadership board supports the launch and operation of the program by providing guidance to the program director and managing the 5 L's of operations: Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot, and Language.
Members should include 3-9 individuals from at least three different churches, representing diverse ages, professions, genders, and races. Each member is responsible for one or more of the 5 L's, demonstrating a mature Christian faith aligned with the program's beliefs.
Responsibilities include participating actively, completing training, background checks, supporting fundraising, attending meetings, and praying for the program. Members must have proven commitment and competence, with active involvement in a local church.
