Leader in Training
Position Overview
The Leader in Training (LIT) role is designed to develop future Team Leaders, Shift Leaders, and Directors within our restaurant. This 3–6 month leadership development program provides hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations while equipping high-potential team members with the skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities necessary to take on greater responsibility. This position is ideal for individuals who demonstrate strong character, initiative, a servant's heart, and a desire to lead others while creating remarkable guest experiences.

What You Will Learn

- Lead and work alongside team members during daily operations

- Support shift execution and operational excellence

- Take ownership of assigned projects and areas of responsibility

Qualifications
- Leadership/ Management experience required
- Full-time (30+ hours a week)
- Weekend, day and evening availability required
- Demonstrated commitment to Chick-fil-A values and culture
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a schedule that aligns with business needs, including weekends
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when assigned outdoor positions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with guests and team members
