Lead with Impact – EM Medical Director Role at 400+ Bed Hospital

- Emergency medicine physicians are needed for a Medical Director and clinical role at this 400+-bed hospital

- ED volume is 33K and sees 2.2 patients an hour

- Admission rate of 30% with a FastTrack

- Shift-based pay with RVU bonus potential and paid monthly

- Ten-hour shifts (6am – 4pm, 9am – 8pm, 4pm – 2am, 8pm – 6am_

- APC work 10-hour shifts as well (11am – 9pm, M-Fri) Saturday & Sunday 8am – 6pm

- The clinical position will be a 1099 the Medical Director will receive a generous stipend plus benefits for this portion of the compensation as an employee 

- Average rate including RVUs is $300/hour
