About the Role:
Join KW Outdoor Solutions LLC as a Lead Window Cleaning Technician and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch exterior cleaning services! We are looking for a motivated individual with a clean driving record who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring sparkling clean windows.
Responsibilities:
- Provide window cleaning services, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installations.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain an organized work environment and manage materials/equipment effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure that crew members follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Arrive on time to all scheduled jobs and maintain an organized and professional appearance.
- Drive company vehicle to and from job sites as needed.
- Assist in seasonal projects, such as holiday light installations, during the fall through early winter.
- Assist in training and mentoring new technicians as needed.
- Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company standards.
