Alpine Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Technician!

Our technical team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding client service. As Lead Veterinary Technician, you will provide guidance and oversight to our team of Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants, while continuing to perform hands-on technical duties.
Leadership responsibilities include:
Delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
Monitoring daily operations to maintain safety and uphold medical standards.
Providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help team members grow and succeed.
This position is ideal for technicians with high emotional intelligence, a talent for building positive team culture, and excellent multitasking and time management skills.
This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday with rotating weekends 1 time per month, on-call 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
