Duties: Responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. Work with design engineering and test team to drive information technology products from design completion to volume production release. Perform various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Support product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensure that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interact with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. 100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or a related field, plus 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or related software development role. This role requires 6 years of experience in each of the following: • Managing enterprise-level program budgets exceeding $1M, ensuring fiscal responsibility. • Git-based version control to support Agile development teams and optimize software delivery. • Leading large scale initiatives with at least 6 agile teams located across the globe and programs with cumulative budget of $1 million or over • Leading Agile transformation initiatives using SAFe across enterprise environments, introducing Agile principles to business and technical teams and facilitating release trains and PI planning. • All phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as project requirements, architecture, development, testing, and release procedures.
