- Assess damage, document findings, and communicate with clients and team.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment (e.g., dehumidifiers, air movers).
- Ensure job sites meet safety and quality standards.

- Xactimate software experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
