Job Summary (Lead Systems Analyst Portfolio Analysis Technology)

- Serve as the primary liaison between investment professionals (portfolio managers, research analysts) and technology teams to deliver and enhance portfolio analytics capabilities.
- Lead requirements analysis for complex portfolio analysis initiatives, translating investor workflows and analytical needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage end-to-end analysis for projects crossing multiple systems, including investment data, analytics, and user experience components.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers to evaluate solution options, assess tradeoffs, and understand implementation impacts.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment across investment and technology teams.
- Support the full delivery lifecycle: conduct design reviews, participate in testing, and ensure readiness for rollout.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve investor workflows, analytics, and platform usability based on user feedback.
- Promote high-quality Agile practices, including backlog grooming, user story creation, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Leverage industry knowledge of asset management, portfolio analytics, and investment decision-making processes.
- Utilize strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to clarify complex requirements and drive successful project outcomes.
- (Preferred) Apply AI tools/techniques and data analysis skills to support requirements translation and workflow automation.
