Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Walpole, MA

A highly respected general contractor is seeking a Lead Multifamily Superintendent to oversee a new ground-up podium-style multifamily project in Greater Boston. This individual will take full ownership of the project from startup through closeout, serving as the senior field leader onsite.

My client is a well-established, privately held general contractor with over 40 years in the market and a strong regional reputation. They specialize in multifamily, affordable housing, and select commercial projects, delivering approximately $100M in annual volume with a tight-knit team of construction professionals.

Description

• Lead all onsite construction activities for a 100-unit, 4-over-2 podium multifamily project
• Manage the project from ground-up through completion, ensuring schedule and quality standards are met
• Supervise subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
• Coordinate inspections, safety compliance, and quality control
• Work closely with project management and field leadership to drive progress
• Utilize Procore for daily reporting, scheduling, and documentation
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for the duration of the project

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily should have:

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
• Proven experience leading podium-style or similar multifamily builds
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to run a job independently
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office
• Strong understanding of sequencing, safety, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to commute to Walpole, MA and surrounding Greater Boston projects
