Description

  • Lead on‑site delivery of large K‑12 construction projects
  • Partner with Project Managers to drive schedule and execution
  • Manage subcontractors, site safety, and daily operations
  • Oversee sequencing, logistics, and workforce planning
  • Maintain client, architect, and stakeholder relationships

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years as a Superintendent on ground‑up projects
  • Experience in K‑12, multifamily, or commercial construction
  • Proven ability to lead teams and control jobsite delivery
  • Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills
  • Understanding of scheduling, safety, and project execution

Job Offer

  • Annual salary ranging from USD 100.000 to USD 125.000 + 15% bonus + full benefits
