Job Details

10+ years of multifamily construction experience
Experience serving as Lead Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
Recent experience with Type V wood-frame garden-style apartment communities
Experience managing phased construction schedules and turnover sequencing
Proven track record overseeing large multifamily developments with multiple buildings and significant unit counts
Strong subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety management experience
Experience utilizing Procore and modern construction management technology
Ability to work onsite throughout the greater Chattanooga market
