HEICO Component Repair Group, a leading provider of FAA-approved aircraft component repair and overhaul services, is seeking a Lead Stockroom Clerk to join our dynamic team.


The Lead Stockroom Clerk will perform inventory duties, assist with training and guiding the staff, and ensuring inventory accuracy, and help maintain compliance with FAA and company standards.

Key Responsibilities



  • Perform daily stockroom operations including, receiving, stocking, and issuing parts and materials

  • Serve as a point of contact for stockroom personnel regarding operational questions and procedures

  • Support the training of new stockroom personnel in processes and safety procedures

  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

  • Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled appropriately according to company standards

  • Communicate discrepancies and shortages materials to the supervisor

  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe stockroom environment

  • Ensure timely delivery and movement of materials to support production operations



Skills/Education & Experience:



  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1+ years of experience in stockroom operations and inventory management

  • Knowledge of FAA regulations and standards preferred

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

  • Must be able to work in teams

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Physical Demands



  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting

  • Visual acuity to read labels, part numbers, and documentation
