As a Front-End software engineer, a typical day might include the following:
Lead the specification, design, implementation, deployment, and testing of software applications. Understand hardware and software interactions, and collaborate with Hardware Engineers. Lead the development of designs and test documentation. Mentor Engineers, Associate Engineers, and Technicians. Recommending and implementing processes following industry best practices for developing, testing, and deploying software. Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. Understand. Create. Simplify. Serve as a technical contact for internal customers. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range Data:
Software Engineer $84,240 - $124,461 per year. Lead Software Engineer $97,740 - $144,460 per year. Development Lead Engineer $115,290 - $170,349 per year.
We anticipate filling this position as a Lead Software Engineer however, we are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
