Lead-Shared Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop accounting staff while providing training and process guidance.
• Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Support cash forecasting, liquidity analysis, banking relationships, and cash management activities.
• Support annual financial audits, 401(k) audits, and compliance testing.
• Oversee customer invoicing, collections, credit management, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and efficient AP processing.
• Support payroll processing, tax filings, year-end reporting, and payroll audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes and systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to support organizational financial goals and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Experience managing AR, AP, Payroll, and Treasury functions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounting processes while leading and developing a team.
