Job Summary/Company: Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and strategic evolution of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integration strategies, platform governance, and enterprise IT service management practices. This role will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational objectives.


Responsibilities:
  • Platform Governance, Architecture and Roadmap: Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices. 

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related scientific/technical discipline
  • 8+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • 5+ years of experience architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
