Lead Service/Warehouse Expeditor

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Lead Service/Warehouse Expeditor, internally titled Lead Service Expeditor, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, inventory management skills, and strong attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred and will receive additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders, purchase orders, inventory adjustments, and related documentation
• Coordinating order flow from entry through shipment or customer pickup
• Verifying product, quantities, paperwork, and order details for accuracy
• Communicating with internal team members to help resolve order, inventory, or fulfillment questions
• Maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts, reconciliation, and system updates
• Using Microsoft Office and internal systems to track orders, inventory, and daily workflow
• Supporting a clean, organized, and efficient distribution office/work area
• Helping identify process issues, bottlenecks, or discrepancies and bringing solutions forward

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred; ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
