What You'll Do
- Perform residential electrical service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Diagnose issues and recommend solutions homeowners can trust
- Mentor and support technicians and apprentices
- Help establish field standards, processes, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Represent the Mister Sparky brand with pride and professionalism
- Help build a culture centered on integrity, accountability, and growth
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Leadership qualities and a desire to help others succeed
- Professional, dependable, and accountable
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lead by example and represent the company at the highest level
