What You'll Do

  • Perform residential electrical service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Diagnose issues and recommend solutions homeowners can trust
  • Mentor and support technicians and apprentices
  • Help establish field standards, processes, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Represent the Mister Sparky brand with pride and professionalism
  • Help build a culture centered on integrity, accountability, and growth
What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of residential electrical experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Leadership qualities and a desire to help others succeed
  • Professional, dependable, and accountable
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lead by example and represent the company at the highest level
