Compensation:
$40.00 per hour - $60.00 per hour, based on experience and location
Hiring Bonus: $2,000 bonus paid after successful completion of training milestones

This position reports to our facility on site in Jupiter, FL. Additionally, you will be expected to report to various job sites based on scheduled appointments.

Intelli-Tec Security is small, family-owned, elite Security group servicing the highest end residential customers in South Florida and is the leader in high-quality, custom security solutions. We are currently seeking a highly trained and experienced individual with 10 or more years of hands-on experience who is eager to join our team in the field! We service security alarm systems, home automation, video intercom systems, such as Honeywell Vista 128BPT, 20P, 15P, elk Security Panels, DSC NEO, IQ4&5. Alarm.com and Total Connect, enterprise camera systems (Avigilon), and access Control (Paxton). As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for various commercial and residential projects from start to finish. You will not only be working hands-on in the field but also offer your expert-level knowledge on all things security systems to colleagues and customers. You will be a trusted liaison between management, our technicians and the customer, ensuring all jobsites are well prepared and project timelines are met.

Responsibilities:
Perform complex installation, testing, and servicing of commercial and residential alarm systems, including Burglar Alarms, CCTV, Surveillance, and Access Control Systems
Install, service and program commercial and residential Fire Systems
Efficiently complete smaller projects independently or oversee a group of technicians and serve as point of contact for advanced technical or operational questions
Coordinate job site readiness, including equipment, inventory and safety measures
Serve as liaison between the customer, onsite technicians and management
Document progress on various projects and stay in close communication with office staff and management on project completion timelines
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Full professional working proficiency in the English language
A minimum of 10 years of burglar or fire alarm installation or service experience
Working knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office
Professional demeanor when engaging with external and internal customers
Must maintain a clean, professional appearance
Ability to travel as required (no overnight travel)
Ability to work overtime as required and participate in on-call schedule
Must be able to work without supervision
Must possess and maintain a clear driver's license and safe driving record
Ability to train, advise, and lead other members of the team when working in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Burglar Alarm system operation and programming of Honeywell/Resideo, DMP, Radionics, and other manufacturers.
Knowledgeable in the operation and programming of CCTV systems, including IP setting and burning of data off Avigilon, Hikvision, Digital Watchdog, GE, Exacq, DM, Speco, and other manufacturers in the industry.
Working knowledge of and programming experience with IP cameras and Matrix Arrays.
Access Control operation and programming experience in OnGuard, Facility Commander, Lenel, Avigilon ACM, Secure Perfect, TAC, Keri, Ready key and other manufacturers in the industry.
Ability to troubleshoot RTE, MAG, ES and other Access Control devices.
Industry manufacturer certifications a plus (i.e. NICET Level 1)
