Job Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead SAP Business Analyst - OTC to join our corporate IT team. This role is working onsite and can be based at our headquarters in Milwaukee WI or Chicago IL near OHare. Fully remote work or alternative work locations will not be considered.
Key Job Responsibilities As a Lead SAP Business Analyst - OTC your key job responsibilities are:
Business Process knowledge
Lead Order-to-Cash business process discussions for complex projects including application development and package rollouts.
Effectively communicate and work within a global team to coordinate and complete assignments for implementations, upgrades, modifications, and value opportunities associated with Quote-to-Cash processes.
Identify new process approaches and recommend improvements to automate or simplify existing processes related to pricing, quoting, contract management, order intake, delivery, invoicing, and customer payments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Analyze global business processes and procedures implemented in a single instance of SAP S4HANA.
SAP implementation and configuration.
Hands-on Order-to-Cash process experience within SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA application and configuration for global project implementations; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Ensure sales business requirements across Order-to-Cash and related functions are translated into detailed functional specifications; assess cross-functional impacts, associated risks, cost-benefit analysis, business justification, audit guidelines, and global support requirements.
Configure and test system processes, troubleshoot, document, and resolve system-related issues.
Expert knowledge in sales and logistics processes including:
Pre-sales activities including handling customer inquiries and creating sales quotes and contracts.
Order processing including capturing and formalizing customer requests and setting pricing and delivery conditions.
Availability check (ATP) to confirm whether requested products or services are in stock or can be obtained.
Delivery processing and Logistics Execution including transportation management.
Billing.
Credit and Claims Management.
Payment processing.
Commercial master data and analytics.
Project activities
Develop and oversee project plans, resource and capacity planning, testing, deployment, and documentation processes with a focus on implementing regional and global strategies in SAP S4HANA.
Work directly with AMS staff to ensure timely project and support delivery.
Work directly with vendor partners to augment staff capabilities.
Provide training to key users and end users.

Additional Information
Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $160,000-$170,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors including experience and location.
